BIOS Richard Blum – President
After spending several years as a Court Reporter Rich founded R+B Sten-Tel in 1993. Starting out with a few local clients he has led the company through over 15 years of steady growth, now serving clients coast to coast. Rich oversees the organization and continues to be involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the New Orleans Technical Institute. Peter Minio – Director of Business Development
Peter joined R+B Sten-Tel in 2008 bringing almost 10 years of corporate management and sales experience. He is responsible for strategic marketing, overseeing national accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Peter’s creative leadership is a great asset to our team. Peter earned Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. Matthew Patrone – Director of Information Technology
Matt joined the company early on and has been with R+B Sten-Tel for over 10 years now. With experience on the service side of Health IT, he brings a unique perspective to his role as Director of Health Information Technology. He is responsible for application development and acts as an advisor for implementations with our technology partners.
Patricia Conley – Manager of Transcription Operations
Pat came to R+B Sten-Tel in 2000 with over 15 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist and Editor. In 2008 she was promoted to Manager of Transcription Operations and now oversees quality assurance, workflow management, the training of new hires, and assists in new account implementations to ensure smooth transitions.
George Catuogno – President of Sten-Tel, Inc.
George Catuogno is President and co-founder of Sten-Tel, Inc. an Application Service Provider (ASP) that began as a transcription technology provider in 1996. He is the co-author of Sten-Tel’s technology patents granted in 1997 and 2002 for transcription workflow and for automation in billing and payables processing. George and his team continue to develop new technologies allowing R+B Sten-Tel to remain competitive by meeting the needs of today’s medical community.
Ray Catuogno, Sr. – CEO of Sten-Tel, Inc.
Ray founded Catuogno Court Reporting in 1976, the leader in New England with offices across the region. He has been a court reporter for over 30 years and is a recognized leader in the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA). Ray has been instrumental in the business development of Sten-Tel being responsible for creating and registering the name "Sten-Tel" with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is also co-author of the Sten-Tel patent.
Blake Martin – CIO of Sten-Tel, Inc.
Blake serves as CIO and IT Director and oversees the tactical and strategic IT operations for the company on a daily basis. He has management and oversight of Help Desk, the Network Team and the Development Team. Additionally, Blake serves on the Executive Committee for Sten-Tel as the CIO for all company operations.
